hello maggie ... yes definately feels that way ! ...4 layers with an initial sketch masking highlights ,wet in wet wash , wet on dry, dry brush and scratching detail...each layer is focused and quick ..whilst layers are drying there are other demos... no anchorage wasn't part of my course work ...!i could repaint it applying the same approach as this lesson. marina is wonderful artist.
