hi jean thanks ...i used colbalt turq light(w&n) + winsor blue principally adding a few earth colours from my palette raw sienna raw umber etc ..might work on a quieter version .
I am very much enjoying your dry dock series - love the variety of the colors, the drips, everything about it - like the abstracted aspects of it, too.
I saw an advert for a painting holiday with you in the Artists and illustrators magazine I wish you lots of success with that Jane. Your watercolours are very beautiful and fresh looking.

You always create such interesting washes. I would love to also hear the colors that you use. Love the effects in this watercolor.
