"mark making" .....  I recently created  50 small watercolour washes rapidly  in one session experimenting with  a printing roller /brush and watercolour on off cuts of gloss printing paper  ...the results are very mixed and interesting . I'll post a sample of some of the washes which hopefully will give you an insight into the process .
