Jane, These are beautiful sketches. I am always amazed at the sensibility that architects develop as artists. I did art school first, then architecture school-- Interesting combination.
You are doing very interesting work architecturally as well. I hope the economy is better for you in Italy than it is here. I have LOTS of time to paint this year.
