Happy New Year! What a brilliant start to your year --Love the washes! Visited your 100washes as well --they are just wonderful!
Ci stai forse mostrando un pezzetto alla volta di una tua grande opera? Buona notte!
Your washes are beautiful, I always feel so rested after I have visited your blog, it's like a meditation. Best wishes.
I love these last several washes, they look like simplified winter landscapes - crisp and clean
meera happy new year ! ... thank you for looking and all your kind comments thank you judy magari luigi ! io ho fatto solo tanti piccoli dipinte "washes" assiememany thanks lisa .. some of the wet in wet washes work with very little input just waiting , watching , moving thank you blaga ...waiting for snow here ...we live on the hillside surrounded by views of mountains, pre-alps...lots of inspiration
Loving this subtle dreamy painting . I am wondering how you frame your paintings ? I find the traditional way rather restrictive and well , boring . Have you any thoughts on that?
Love this so much Jane. It's very Zen.
I wish I could be in same meditative mood when painting. Bravo.
Dear Jane - lovely wash - very peaceful and makes me think of winter's quiet beauty. Have a great day.
hi cathy thanks for your comment ... re framing there are many ways to display watercolours ... if you choose not to use a frame the main considerations are the space, environment and time in which you display the work ... works can so easily be damaged ... humidity , bending , mold etc are all issues to consider.... it's a personal choice at the end .
isabella, debbie + irina thank you all for your kind comments
