Fascinating painting of this brush! Simple but beautiful.
Thanks for the kind wishes regarding my father-in-law...it is a hard time for my husband. I went through this with both my parents in the past few years. There is no easy way to say good bye, especially when there is suffering involved.

Jane, I love this one! Just posted a link to your blog from my blog and a painting of my own mop brush I painted a while ago. Wouldn't it be great to do a blog post showcasing other artists studies of their brushes....
