How lovely this is, and your color choices (taking us from cools in the foreground to those delicious warms in the center and background) are wonderfully chosen. This looks like a "simple" painting but I know getting this look is not simple at all.
Goodness, if I walked passed this in a gallery I would never have said you painted this..... so different for you Jane, and so beautifully painted. Great atmosphere and warmth. I too love it!

Beautiful soft lost edges in the trees which makes the boat stand out as the subject. Lovely colors.
