......a quick plein air sketch view of Tower houses of Mani painted from our anchorage . Once we reached the protection of a small bay I was eager to sketch these incredible ancient ManiTower houses .... it's very challenging painting on deck whilst anchored your view point changes continuously .

It must be very challenging to paint from a rocking boat!
Despite the challenges your sketch is so beautiful! You did a very good job with all these geometric shapes...
A stunning view to show us, would certainly be a challenge as a boat is rocking but helps keep things loose and not precious I would think

Hello Jane:) I'm so late with making a comment. I've had a little problem for a while, but I'm back to say that your painting is so lovely! At first I thought you did it on Yupo. I love the style!
Ho remate i used a sketchbook of mix media paper which i had not used before ....ne ed to sketch more to get to grips with it .... Glad you are feeling stronger
