I love this one, Jane. Wonderful soft colours. It's definitely my favourite.
thanks so much Vandy :)
This has such a tranquil and calming feel to it. Beautiful :0)
Son unos trabajos fabulosos Jane!!!
Una gran calidad tonal en la acuarela. Llama mucho la atención del que la ve. El espectador se va a la lejanía. Saludos.
Gosh, you do get some wonderful effects
Ditto Vandy's comments. It's interesting to explore textures with watercolors. There is so much one can do.
I am enjoying your series on exploring different ways of applying pigment to paper.Kathryn
Sé que me repito, pero tu estilo de pintura me encanta.Buen fin de semana.
I love examining these washes and trying to imagine what surface or texture they may represent
Beautiful eerie paintings. Making marks are more than interesting.
Thank you all for you comments which i really appreciate sorry not to have replied earlier i will try and catch up with your blogs as soon as i can .....working on this Resin coated polymer printing paper is very similar to working with yupo .As I could not find yupo paper l thought it would interesting to try an alternative synthetic paper with a series of small washes and swatches ....the textures and patterns are fascinating lots to discover.
it's exciting working on this paper maggie ....thank you :)
