Wonderful how you've managed to capture the translucency and delicacy of these. Bravo.

OMG, Jane, this is so incredibly beautiful! My eyes eagerly go all over the painting, loving every line and nuance of color. It sounds slurpy, but it's true!!! :)

Really beautiful Jane, love the contrast of the shadow. I Threw some seeds of Lunaria last year, hope they will appear this year , love them!

Sublime, absolument! Fragilité de la "monnaie du pape", lumière, harmonie des couleurs, une utilisation géniale des divers médiums.

This is amazing Jane! Jean Haines did a demonstration of the same subject a while ago - a different style of course but the same subject. I have to say that I like yours equally as much. It's beautiful! :0)

Hello Jane:) Beautifull! The way the flowers is one with the background. The gray in the corner is so nice. Wow!!

Gorgeous! You really got the feel of these. Your watercolours are wonderful because they look like only watercolour can!!
Happy Painting,

At first glance I thought it was a branch from a "Money" tree. And I thought, "I want one of those." Now I know it's a lunaria. Your paintings bring my penchant for botany out. They are beautifully descriptive. Amazing drawing and handling of watercolor.

I've been wanting to paint these ever since I got Ann Blockley's book on flower painting. They are so delicate. Maybe I'll give it a try now. These are beautiful.
