MY 7 LINKS PROJECT

The My 7 Links Project was generated by TripBase to "unite bloggers (from all sectors) in a joint endeavour to share lessons learned and create a bank of long but not forgotten blog posts that deserve to see the light of day again." Bloggers list their Top 7 Links in the following categories...

My 7 Links Project
Your most beautiful post
– Your most
popular post
– Your most
controversial post
– Your most
helpful post
– A post whose
success surprised you
– A post you feel
didn’t get the attention it deserved
– The post that you are most
proud of
...and then Bloggers tag others and so it goes on.

Thankyou Katharyn Ragan of Studio at the Farm  blog  for tagging me for this project

prehaps collectively my 100 watercolour washes challenge posts which are grouped together in "100 washes page" have been the most inspiring and stimulating  not always beautiful but definately my  favorite  posts  http://onehundredwashes.blogspot.com/

My most controversial post

As  I  write very little with each post I feel I don't have a controversial post ............I hope my sketches, studies and watercolours speak for themselves .....I often post a painting with just the title   ... a visual diary of my work in progress ... good , bad  , unfinished , finished  ...I value everyone who takes the time to leave a comment

My most helpful post

A couple of posts that have inspired fellow bloggers

"Watercolour by  Jean Morelle Rosehips inspired by Ewa Karpinkska step by step"

"woodland scene inspired by The Atmospheric Landscape The Tao of Watercolour by Jeanne Carbonetti"

The post I feel didn't get the attention it deserved
I made a slide show of a few paintings of old doors at the very beginning of my blog as the images have disappearred  I thought I 'd post a couple of them here.

Wonderful idea Jane!

I remember the first one, colors were always in my mind. I also loved your hortensias and old buttons.
100 washes challenge is a great experiment. I am a bit sad it's quite finish...

Now, I have to think about my 7 links projects... Carrie Waller sent it to me few weeks ( or months ) ago. I didn't take time to do it. I am a bas girl sometimes, I know. Now I have to do it ! Today, I am working on "four seasons washes ". Already 3 painted. I will post them soon.

What a fabulous post, Jane. It's really a treat to see your work highlighted again like this alongside your added thoughts. I hadn't seen your old doors either. So sad they didn't get the attention they deserved - they're lovely ... especially the old door handle.

Thanks for nominating me to take a 7 Links Project .. I'll do my best but you're a tough act to follow, lol. xx
