Jane, what fantastic texture your wash has created. I'm beginning my 1000 Washes journey again this month on a new dedicated blog. All new work.....so we can inspire each other in our washes.
that's great news maggie :)so glad you've decided to dedicate a blog to it ...i'm fascinated by the textures created by this particular shade of violet and how it reacts with water on the paper ...i've got a few new watercolours which are made from natural pigments/colours the shades are beautiful ...making lots of washes with them ..will post a few more...thanks maggie.
